Small businesses typically can’t afford to hire consultants. Often it’s a simple visual, or the slightest tweak in processes, that can speed up work flow and open up communication with your customers and employees. I provide an educated, unbiased third party perspective with an eye for innovation and a heart for truly listening.
Being both creative and analytical, as well as a good listener, makes me a natural problem solver. When you hire me, I make it my mission to find efficient, cost-effective solutions to help your business really thrive. I’m a design thinker, and I follow Edward Schein’s approach of “Humble Consultaning” (Schein, 2017). This organization is your domain, and you understand it best. I work with you to dig to the root cause of the issues you are facing.
Change can be hard. Once a plan of action is decided on, I can help make your goals happen along the way. One of my gifts is foreseeing difficulty implementing a plan, and devising countermeasures. Want to create an environment and that encourages your employees to innovate from within? Depending on the situation, I can offer coaching/training services for employees, or create visuals to help communicate your message to team members or customers. The goal would be to pave the path so smoothly that it’s easier to follow company goals than it is to ignore them.
Who would like to be coached by someone who has never struggled a day in their life? Could someone that perfect relate to you? Choose someone who has gone through many of the same struggles you have but are overcoming or working within the limitations of their struggles who can help walk you through your journey of adapting your life to fit your reality, rather than the other way around!
I specialize in finding visual solutions for families as well as those who struggle with working memory and attention span. These systems can be just as useful for a typical person who wants to create lasting change in the most comfortable way they can; by adapting their environment and learning to work with their own mind.
My coaching philosophy is to gently suggest, but never to intimidate or command. I strive to help my clients come up with creative solutions of their own, and I find joy in teaching that process. My hope is that you will learn skills that will continue to benefit you throughout your life.
